DAVE'S RIVER WHIP

THE RIVER WHIP.  This is our first offering intended to be motored.  The inspiration for this design is rooted in the early "River Drivers" on the Rogue river.  We wanted a boat that could be motored up river, have a huge carrying capacity and then be drifted and rowed downstream, pounding the banks with big flies.  Wide, flat bottom, aesthetically pleasing lines and framed construction with nods to tradition was my goal.  This is a great "family sized" multi-purpose boat.  Transom is designed for short-shaft outboards but can be modified for long shaft as well. I recommend 5-20hp outboards for this boat.
