The Solo Slider is a fun little one-person boat.  I designed this boat with a few simple requirements- the ability to self-load and unload into a standard sized pickup truck, high floatation, and ease of build.  This boat is top of the list for portability.  Ideally suited for flat water and slow moving rivers.  Because of its two frame design, simple transoms and side panels of a standard 8' length, this is an excellent first foray for the home builder.
